I can’t find/don't remember my Personal ID (PID). What do I do?
If you've received any direct mail from us, your Personal ID is located on the outside of the mailing on the address panel. It will be the 9-digit number just above your name and address and will begin with ID=. Or, you may call the number listed on your productand one of our representatives will be glad to provide it for you.
